Do you want to help build WOMADelaide 2027?
We're looking for a Site Coordinator to join our Site Management team for WOMADelaide 2027.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being out on site making things happen, but who can also spend time in the office planning, scheduling and keeping things rolling before the fun begins.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you'll work closely with festival staff, contractors and crew through planning, bump-in, event weekend and bump-out. We're looking for someone who can keep a clear head when things get busy, communicate well with a wide range of people, contribute to a positive and respectful workplace, and keep their sense of humour when plans inevitably change.
You'll help coordinate the build of one of Australia's favourite festivals, turning a park into a festival site and then back again.
If you are practical and calm under pressure, enjoy working with people, don't mind getting your boots dirty, and can manage competing priorities while keeping an eye on the details, we'd like to hear from you.

Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience working in site management, preferably in outdoor events or festivals
- Crew management experience
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- A practical, hands-on approach
- A creative outlook
Essential:
- Current driver's licence

- Telehandler and EWP/Boom Lift licence
- First Aid qualification
