Ticket Refund or Credit for Patrons Affected by Cyclone Alfred

WOMADelaide understands that unforeseen circumstances may have disrupted travel plans due to airport closures / flight cancellations caused by Cyclone Alfred, and will provide affected ticket holders the option to apply for a refund or credit towards the 2026 festival.

If you have purchased a ticket and are now unable to attend due to flight cancellations or airport closures, please complete the below form, together with proof of travel disruption documentation.
